Pair of countryside views with architecture
The balance of the compositions, the sophisticated choice of colors and the enveloping atmosphere refer to the hand of Alessio De Marchis. The works in question here are positioned in that phase of his artistic production in which he felt most of the influence of Gaspard Dughet, during the early years of the eighteenth century.
