18 April is the debut date for Arcadia, the new Roman auction house that recently announced the end of the selection of works that will make up the 'Spring Auction' catalogue.
Arcadia, whose aim is to revive the atmosphere of English auctions also in the area of antique furniture - a sector that has been neglected by auction houses in recent times - dedicated the theme of its first sale to its core business: 'Antiques, Old and 19th Century Paintings from Roman Private Collections'.
The approximately 250 lots will be on view from 14 to 17 April from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
On 12 April there will be a press conference during which experts will discuss the main works and the calendar of upcoming auctions.
