A globular body with a dome-shaped lid, decorated with polychrome enamels according to the Famille Verde repertoire, depicting a continuous figurative scene with court figures and dignitaries in an architectural setting. The scene is rendered with a clear line and vibrant color scheme dominated by greens, ferrous reds, and yellows. Geometric and floral bands delimit the composition; the lid features the same decorative pattern. This piece can be attributed to Chinese production, intended for export to the Western market.
