This Bukhara rug features the classic repeated pattern of small gul (stylized medallions), characteristic of Turkmen weaving. The field is dominated by rust-red tones with geometric and floral details in bright colors, while the darker border is enriched with zig-zag and diamond motifs, typical elements of tribal carpets from the region.
