Caucasian Kazak Rug
This Caucasian Kazak rug is an example of traditional craftsmanship from the Caucasus region. Featuring three large geometric star medallions, characteristic of Kazak designs, its central field is adorned with tribal motifs and stylized geometric elements.
The rug is framed by a border with floral and abstract patterns, showcasing warm tones and striking contrasts. The hand-spun wool, dyed with natural vegetable dyes, gives depth and vibrancy to the colors.
