Large Empire bookcase with two bodies in mahogany, France, 19th century

with rich ornamentation of gilded bronzes in the form of winged Victories and figures of Cupid with lions. Upper body with protruding molded frame highlighted by carved ovoli and five open shelves delimited by pilasters with gilded finishes; lower body with four drawers in line in the band and four doors below, arranged in pairs and separated by smooth-stemmed columns with chiseled and gilded bronze sleeves.
