Signed on the cartouche: Industrie par Ruchot. Beginning of the 20th century, cm 58x33x24. Jean Charles Ruchot is a French sculptor of academic style active from about 1880 to 1925, author of numerous objects of decorative arts and sculptures for clocks and lamps.
