GOLDEN BRONZE ITEM

Table object in gilded bronze inspired by Greek kylix, decorated in the center in bas-relief with the virgilian bucolic figures of the Menalca and Mopso shepherds portrayed sitting under a vine, with the names registered below; loops in the form of vine shoots with bacchic masks. It bears the signature of the sculptor F.Levillain on the plate and of the Barbedienne foundry along the profile, cm 15x48x34 Mid-19th century.
